தேவனே, எங்கள் முன்னோர்களுடைய நாட்களாகிய முற்காலத்தில் நீர் நடப்பித்த செயல்களை அவர்கள் எங்களுக்கு அறிவித்தார்கள்; அவைகளை எங்களுடைய காதுகளால் கேட்டோம்.

We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us, what work thou didst in their days, in the times of old.
