ஆதியாகமம் 17:9

பின்னும் தேவன் ஆபிரகாமை நோக்கி: “இப்பொழுது நீயும், உனக்குப்பின் தலை முறை தலை முறையாக வரும் உன் சந்ததியும், என் உடன்படிக்கையைக் கைக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.

¶ And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.
