ஆதியாகமம் 17:7

உனக்கும் உனக்குப் பின்வரும் உன் சந்ததிக்கும் நான் தேவனாயிருப்பதற்காக எனக்கும் உனக்கும், உனக்குப்பின் தலை முறை தலை முறையாக வரும் உன் சந்ததிக்கும் நடுவே, என் உடன்படிக்கையை நித்திய உடன்படிக்கையாக நிலைப்படுத்துவேன்.

And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.
