இஸ்மவேலுக்காகவும் நீ செய்த விண்ணப்பத்தைக் கேட்டேன்; நான் அவனை ஆசீர்வதித்து, அவனை மிகவும் அதிகமாகப் பலுகவும் பெருகவும் செய்வேன்; அவன் பன்னிரண்டு கோத்திரத் தலைவர்களைப் பெறுவான்; அவனைப் பெரிய தேசமாக்குவேன்.

And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.
