സെഫന്യാവു 3:6

ഞാൻ ജാതികളെ ഛേദിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു; അവരുടെ കൊത്തളങ്ങൾ ശൂന്യമായിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ അവരുടെ വീഥികളെ ആരും കടന്നുപോകാതവണ്ണം ശൂന്യമാക്കി, അവരുടെ പട്ടണങ്ങൾ ഒരു മനുഷ്യനും നിവാസിയും ഇല്ലാതെ നശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

I have cut off the nations: their towers are desolate; I made their streets waste, that none passeth by: their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, that there is none inhabitant.
