Därför, så sant jag lever, säger Herren Sebaot, Israels Gud: Moab ska bli som Sodom och ammoniterna som Gomorra, ett tillhåll för nässlor och en saltgrop, en ödemark till evig tid. De som är kvar av mitt folk ska plundra dem, resten av mitt folk ska få dem till arvedel.
