Dan strekt Hij zijn hand tegen het noorden uit, Richt Assjoer te gronde, Maakt van Ninive een woestijn, Verdord als een steppe.

And he will stretch out his hand against the north, and destroy Assyria; and will make Nineveh a desolation, and dry like a wilderness.
