സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഇനി ജാതികളും അനേക പട്ടണങ്ങളിലെ നിവാസികളും വരുവാൻ ഇടയാകും.
