Han ska bygga Herrens (Jahvehs) tempel och han ska bära härligheten och ska sitta och regera på sin tron. [Refererar till Serubbabel och slutligen till Messias.] Där ska finnas en präst inför hans tron och en överenskommelse om frid (shalom, all slags välgång) ska finnas mellan dem båda.
