เมื่อสง่าราศีมาแล้ว ​พระองค์​ทรงใช้เราให้ไปยังประชาชาติ​ที่​ปล้นเจ้า เพราะว่าผู้ใดได้แตะต้องเจ้า ​ก็ได้​แตะต้องแก้วพระเนตรของพระองค์ พระเยโฮวาห์จอมโยธาจึงตรั​สด​ังนี้​ว่า​

For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.
