At mangyayari na lahat ng mananatili sa mga bansang iyon na nakipaglaban sa Jerusalem ay aakyat taun-taon upang sumamba sa hari, kay Yahweh ng mga hukbo, at upang ipagdiwang ang Pista ng mga Tolda.
