దేవదారు చెట్లు కూలిపోయాయి. మహా వృక్షాలు నాశనమయ్యాయి. సరళవృక్షాల్లారా, విలపించండి. ఎందుకంటే దట్టమైన అడవి నరకబడింది. సింధూర వృక్షాల్లారా, విలపించండి.

Howl, fir tree; for the cedar is fallen; because the mighty are spoiled: howl, O ye oaks of Bashan; for the forest of the vintage is come down.
