తీతుకు రాసిన పత్రిక 1:15

పవిత్రులకు అన్నీ పవిత్రమే. కానీ అపవిత్రులకు, అవిశ్వాసులకు ఏదీ పవిత్రం కాదు. కానీ వారి హృదయం, వారి మనస్సాక్షి కూడా అపవిత్రాలే.

Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.
