బోయజు బేత్లెహేము పురద్వారం దగ్గరికి వెళ్ళి అక్కడ కూర్చున్నాడు. ఇంతకు ముందు బోయజు ప్రస్తావించిన బంధువు అటుగా వెళ్తున్నాడు. బోయజు అతణ్ణి పేరు పెట్టి పిలిచాడు “ఏమయ్యా, ఇలా వచ్చి కూర్చో” అన్నాడు. అతడు ఆ పిలుపు విని వచ్చి కూర్చున్నాడు.

Then went Boaz up to the gate, and sat him down there: and, behold, the kinsman of whom Boaz spake came by; unto whom he said, Ho, such a one! turn aside, sit down here. And he turned aside, and sat down.
