Ruth 4:4

Darum gedachte ich's vor deine Ohren zu bringen und zu sagen: Willst du es beerben, so kaufe es vor den Bürgern und vor den Ältesten meines Volkes; willst du es aber nicht beerben, so sage mir's, daß ich's wisse. Denn es ist kein Erbe außer dir und ich nach dir. Er sprach: Ich will's beerben.

And I thought to advertise thee, saying, Buy it before the inhabitants, and before the elders of my people. If thou wilt redeem it, redeem it: but if thou wilt not redeem it, then tell me, that I may know: for there is none to redeem it beside thee; and I am after thee. And he said, I will redeem it.
