ரூத் 2:7

அறுக்கிறவர்களின் பின்னே அரிக்கட்டுகளிலிருந்து சிந்தினதைப் பொறுக்கிக்கொள்ளுகிறேன் என்று அவள் என்னிடம் கேட்டுக்கொண்டாள்; காலை துவங்கி இதுவரைக்கும் இங்கே இருக்கிறாள்; இப்பொழுது அவள் குடிசைக்கு வந்து கொஞ்சநேரம்தான் ஆனது என்றான்.

And she said, I pray you, let me glean and gather after the reapers among the sheaves: so she came, and hath continued even from the morning until now, that she tarried a little in the house.
