ஆகவே, விரும்புகிறவனாலும் இல்லை, ஓடுகிறவனாலும் இல்லை, இரங்குகிற தேவனாலே ஆகும்.
So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.
