เพราะสิ่งซึ่งพระราชบัญญั​ติ​​ทำไม​่​ได้​เพราะเนื้อหนังทำให้อ่อนกำลังไปนั้น พระเจ้าทรงใช้พระบุตรของพระองค์มาในสภาพเสมือนเนื้อหนังที่บาปและเพื่อไถ่​บาป​ ​พระองค์​จึงได้ทรงปรับโทษบาปที่​อยู่​ในเนื้อหนัง
