ரோமர் 8:20

அது என்னவென்றால் படைப்புகள் அழிவிற்குரிய அடிமைத்தனத்தில் இருந்து விடுதலையாக்கப்பட்டு, தேவனுடைய பிள்ளைகளுக்குரிய மகிமையான சுதந்திரத்தைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளும் என்கிற நம்பிக்கையோடு,

For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
