రోమీయులకు రాసిన పత్రిక 6:4

తండ్రి మహిమ వలన క్రీస్తు చనిపోయిన వారిలోనుండి ఏ విధంగా లేచాడో, అదే విధంగా మనం కూడా నూతన జీవం పొంది నడుచుకొనేలా, మనం బాప్తిసం ద్వారా మరణించి, ఆయనతో కూడా సమాధి అయ్యాము.

Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
