ரோமர் 3:20

இப்படியிருக்க, பாவத்தைத் தெரிந்துகொள்ளுகிற அறிவு நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தினால் வருகிறதினால், எந்த மனிதனும் நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் செயல்களினாலே தேவனுக்குமுன்பாக நீதிமானாக்கப்படுவது இல்லை.

Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
