Romeinen 3:19

Welnu, we weten, dat de Wet, bij al wat ze zegt, zich richt tot hen, die staan onder de Wet. Iedere mond is dus gestopt, en heel de wereld staat schuldig voor God!

Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
