เหตุฉะนั้น ถ้าผู้ที่ไม่ได้เข้าสุหนัตยังรักษาความชอบธรรมแห่งพระราชบัญญัติแล้ว การที่เขาไม่ได้เข้าสุหนัตนั้นจะถือเหมือนกับว่าเขาได้เข้าสุหนัตแล้วไม่ใช่หรือ
