​ตั้งแต่​เริ่มสร้างโลกมาแล้ว สภาพที่​ไม่​ปรากฏของพระองค์​นั้น​ คือฤทธานุภาพอันนิรันดร์และเทวสภาพของพระเจ้า ​ก็ได้​ปรากฏชัดในสรรพสิ่งที่​พระองค์​​ได้​ทรงสร้าง ฉะนั้นเขาทั้งหลายจึงไม่​มี​ข้อแก้ตัวเลย

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
