‘આવાં કામ કરનારાઓ મરણને યોગ્ય છે’, એવો ઈશ્વરનો નિયમ જાણ્યાં છતાં તેઓ પોતે એ કામો કરે છે એટલું જ નહિ, પણ એવાં કામ કરનારાઓને ઉત્તેજન આપે છે.
