​หน​ังสือโรม 13:2

​เหตุ​ฉะนั้นผู้ใดก็​ตามที่​ขัดขืนอำนาจนั้​นก​็ขัดขืนผู้ซึ่งพระเจ้าทรงแต่งตั้งขึ้น และผู้​ที่​ขัดขืนนั้นจะนำพระอาชญามาสู่​ตนเอง​

Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
