పాలనాధికారులు చెడు పనులకే భయకారకులు గానీ మంచి పనులకు కాదు. వారికి భయపడకుండా ఉండాలంటే, మంచి పనులు చెయ్యి. అప్పుడు వారు నిన్ను మెచ్చుకుంటారు.
