رِسَالَةُ بُولُسَ ٱلرَّسُولِ إِلَى أَهْلِ رُومِيَةَ 13:7

فَأَعْطُوا ٱلْجَمِيعَ حُقُوقَهُمُ: ٱلْجِزْيَةَ لِمَنْ لَهُ ٱلْجِزْيَةُ. ٱلْجِبَايَةَ لِمَنْ لَهُ ٱلْجِبَايَةُ. وَٱلْخَوْفَ لِمَنْ لَهُ ٱلْخَوْفُ. وَٱلْإِكْرَامَ لِمَنْ لَهُ ٱلْإِكْرَامُ.

Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.
