​แต่​​ผู้​​ที่​ยังไม่เชื่อในพระองค์จะทูลขอต่อพระองค์อย่างไรได้ และผู้​ที่​ยังไม่​ได้​ยินถึงพระองค์จะเชื่อในพระองค์อย่างไรได้ และเมื่อไม่​มี​​ผู้​ใดประกาศให้เขาฟัง เขาจะได้ยินอย่างไรได้

How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
