అతడు లోతైన, అంతు లేని ఆ అగాధాన్ని తెరిచాడు. బ్రహ్మాండమైన కొలిమిలో నుండి లేచినట్టు దట్టమైన పొగ ఆ అగాధంలో నుండి లేచింది. ఆ పొగ వల్ల సూర్యగోళం నల్లబడి చీకటి కమ్మింది. గాలి కూడా నల్లబడింది.

And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
