Miten moni tuon merkin sai? Kuulin lukumäärän: 144 000 kaikista Israelin heimoista. Juudan, Ruubenin, Gaadin, Asserin, Naftalin, Manassen, Simeonin, Leevin, Isaskarin, Sebulonin, Joosefin ja Benjaminin heimoista merkittiin kustakin 12 000.

And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
