પ્રકટીકરણ 6:9

જયારે તેણે પાંચમુ મહોર તોડ્યું, ત્યારે ઈશ્વરના વચનને લીધે તથા પોતાની મક્કમ સાક્ષીને લીધે મારી નાખવામાં આવેલાના આત્માઓને મેં યજ્ઞવેદી નીચે જોયા.

And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
