“จงเขียนถึงทูตสวรรค์​แห่​งคริสตจักรที่เมืองเอเฟซั​สว​่า ‘​พระองค์​​ผู้​ทรงถือดาวทั้งเจ็ดไว้ในพระหัตถ์เบื้องขวาของพระองค์ และดำเนินอยู่ท่ามกลางคันประทีปทองคำทั้งเจ็ดนั้นตรั​สด​ังนี้​ว่า​

Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;
