நகரத்திற்கு வெளிச்சம் கொடுக்கச் சூரியனும் சந்திரனும் அதற்கு வேண்டியதில்லை; தேவனுடைய மகிமையே அதைப் பிரகாசிப்பித்தது, ஆட்டுக்குட்டியானவரே அதற்கு விளக்கு.

And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
