తాము ప్రవచించే రోజుల్లో వాన కురవకుండా ఆకాశాన్ని మూసి ఉంచే అధికారం వారికి ఉంటుంది. అలాగే తాము తలచుకున్నపుడల్లా నీటిని రక్తంగా చేయడానికీ అన్ని రకాల పీడలతో భూమిని వేధించడానికీ వారికి అధికారం ఉంది.

These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
