Uppenbarelseboken 11:6

De har makt att stänga himlen så att inget regn faller under de dagar de profeterar [som Elia gjorde, se 1 Kung 17:1], och de har makt att förvandla vattnen till blod [som Mose gjorde, se 2 Mos 7:19] och att slå jorden med alla slags plågor så ofta de vill.

These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
