APOCALYPSE 11:6

Ils ont le pouvoir de fermer le ciel, afin qu’il ne tombe point de pluie pendant les jours de leur prophétie; et ils ont le pouvoir de changer les eaux en sang, et de frapper la terre de toute espèce de plaie, chaque fois qu’ils le voudront.

These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
