قُلْتُ لِلْمُفْتَخِرِينَ: لَا تَفْتَخِرُوا. وَلِلْأَشْرَارِ: لَا تَرْفَعُوا قَرْنًا.
I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:
