ఆయన తన పరాక్రమంతో శాశ్వతంగా ఏలుతాడు. ఆయన కళ్ళు అన్యజాతులను పరిశీలిస్తాయి. తిరుగుబాటుచేసే ప్రజలు తమలో తాము గర్వించవద్దు.

He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes behold the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.
