അവർ എന്റെ കാലടികൾക്കു ഒരു വലവിരിച്ചു; എന്റെ മനസ്സു ഇടിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; അവർ എന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ ഒരു കുഴി കുഴിച്ചു; അതിൽ അവർ തന്നേ വീണു. സേലാ.

They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen themselves. Selah.
