ദൈവമേ, പൂർവ്വകാലത്തു ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ നാളുകളിൽ നീ ചെയ്ത പ്രവൃത്തി അവർ ഞങ്ങളോടു വിവരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞങ്ങളുടെ ചെവികൊണ്ടു ഞങ്ങൾ കേട്ടുമിരിക്കുന്നു;

We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us, what work thou didst in their days, in the times of old.
