కీర్తనలు 39:1

ఇది నా నిర్ణయం, నా నాలుకతో పాపం చేయకుండా ఉండటానికి నా మాటలను జాగ్రత్తగా చూసుకుంటాను. దుర్మార్గుడి దగ్గర నా నోటికి కళ్ళెం పెట్టుకుంటాను.

I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me.
