SALMI 39:1

IO aveva detto: Io prenderò guardia alle mie vie, Che io non pecchi colla mia lingua; Io guarderò la mia bocca con un frenello, Mentre l'empio sarà davanti a me.

I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me.
