ചുറ്റും ഭീതി എന്ന അപശ്രുതി ഞാൻ പലരുടെയും വായിൽനിന്നു കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; അവർ എനിക്കു വിരോധമായി കൂടി ആലോചന ചെയ്തു, എന്റെ ജീവനെ എടുത്തുകളവാൻ നിരൂപിച്ചു.

For I have heard the slander of many: fear was on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life.
