اَلْمَزَامِيرُ 31:10

لِأَنَّ حَيَاتِي قَدْ فَنِيَتْ بِٱلْحُزْنِ، وَسِنِينِي بِٱلتَّنَهُّدِ. ضَعُفَتْ بِشَقَاوَتِي قُوَّتِي، وَبَلِيَتْ عِظَامِي.

For my life is spent with grief, and my years with sighing: my strength faileth because of mine iniquity, and my bones are consumed.
