اَلْمَزَامِيرُ 30:3

يَارَبُّ، أَصْعَدْتَ مِنَ ٱلْهَاوِيَةِ نَفْسِي. أَحْيَيْتَنِي مِنْ بَيْنِ ٱلْهَابِطِينَ فِي ٱلْجُبِّ.

O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
