யெகோவாவுக்கு விரோதமாகவும், அவர் அபிஷேகம்செய்தவருக்கு விரோதமாகவும், பூமியின் இராஜாக்கள் எழும்பி நின்று, அதிகாரிகள் ஒன்றாக ஆலோசனைசெய்து:

The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
