भजन संहिता 19:7

यहोवा की व्यवस्था खरी है, वह प्राण को बहाल कर देती है; यहोवा के नियम विश्वासयोग्य हैं, बुद्धिहीन लोगों को बुद्धिमान बना देते हैं;

The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
