ในสายตาของเขา คนถ่อยเป็นคนที่​ถู​​กด​ูหมิ่นเหยียดหยาม เขาให้​เกียรติ​​แก่​​ผู้​​ที่​ยำเกรงพระเยโฮวาห์ เมื่อให้​คำสัตย์​ปฏิญาณแล้วต้องพบกับความปวดร้าวเขาก็​ไม่​​กลับคำ​

In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.
