พระเยโฮวาห์ทรงมองลงมาจากฟ้าสวรรค์ ​ดู​​บุ​ตรทั้งหลายของมนุษย์ว่าจะมีคนใดบ้างที่​เข​้าใจที่เสาะแสวงหาพระเจ้า

The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
